Freckles!

My friend Cindy has a delightful companion animal called "Freckles", who is half poodle and half Shih Tsu. Cindy tells me that her mom called her a "Shihapoo" and used to tease Freckles and say "Mommie was a poodle"!

Recently Cindy hosted a "Paper Put-Together" party for our Singles Available for Community Service organization. (These are monthly events where we spend 20 minutes folding our newsletter and attaching labels and stamps, and then spend an hour or two eating and partying. Of course, Freckles attended this event, too, and quite enjoyed the different dishes that we brought to the event. Here's Chip, our newsletter editor, sharing a bit of cookie (on the left).
